Global streaming service DAZN has signed a three-year rights partnership with the ITF to air the Davis Cup in Brazil until the end of the 2021 season.
The agreement includes the next three editions of the national team tennis tournament, including next week’s revamped finals in Madrid, which takes place between 18th and 20th November under a new-look format.
DAZN, which launched in Brazil in May, already holds tennis rights to WTA events in the market.
Brazil is first DAZN step into South America. The company has acquired rights to various soccer events and tournaments like Copa America, Italy’s Serie A and the French Ligue 1.
DAZN’s initial offering will also include the Supercoppa Italiana, the FA Cup, Coupe de France, Major League Soccer (MLS), the J-League, and the African Cup of Nations (Afcon).
Other sport rights include EuroLeague basketball and WTA tennis, IndyCar, Professional Fighters League and Glory Kickboxing.
