Pay-television broadcaster Arena Sport has acquired European Handball Federation club and national team events across the Balkan region until the end of the season 2024.
This deal, which was agreed with Infront agency and DAZN Group who is selling EHF global rights, covers Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia. It includes all matches from the EHF men’s and women’s club competitions (EHF Champions League, European Handball League and the EHF Cup).
The pay-television broadcaster also holds rights to the International Handball Federation events, in a seven-year deal.
Together with EHF deal, Arena Sport is also covering SEHA League, German Bundesliga and French Championship which is on high level last years with clubs like Paris, Montpellier and Nantes.
Arena Sport channels are available as pay via BulgariaSat1 1.9E, EUTELSAT W2 16.0E and ASTRA 1E,3A 23.5E satellite positions.
