BT Sport has exlusive Bundesliga live on sat and TV rights for UK and Republic of Ireland until 2017. The two-year contract, which starts this season, means that BT Sport will show around 115 Bundesliga matches live a season. Sky Sports secured rights to show “near live”, real-time online and app video highlights of the Premier League for three years starting in 2016. For over a half decade, mobile and online Premier League highlight rights have been owned by ESPN and News UK. The Scottish Professional Football League has made a deal to show SPFL for the first time live in China.
