Fox Sports has announced that it has acquired the exclusive multimedia rights for German Bundesliga until 2021.
The rights packages purchased by Fox Sports will see it show games across its pay-TV channel, on-demand service, and mobile and web portals.
Fox Sports already holds the rights for Spain’s La Liga, the Dutch Eredivisie, the English FA Cup, the Atletic’s Diamonds League, American MLB, UFC…
“Acquiring the Bundesliga rights for next four years confirms that we are the home of the best European football leagues,” said Marco Foroni, managing director of Fox Sports Italy.
“Our multi-year investment is an important signal that Fox Sports is an important player on the Italian market.”
For satellite TV users Fox Sport Italy is available as a pay-TV in Sky package via Hotbird 13°E satellite position.
